Important - Please Read Before Booking

I do not:

  • service those with Alopecia, sizeable bald areas, or extremely thin or no edges

  • work with hair that is not washed and completely blown out

  • work with hair that has ANY product in it

  • work with hair that is not AT LEAST 4 inches all around

  • allow consistent holding of a mirror or phone while I work

  • allow heavy sleeping in the chair (your appt will be canceled/rescheduled)

  • Offer ombré for small braid unless braiding hair already comes that way

  • Take responsibility for any allergic reactions to hair or products used during service.

 

BEFORE YOU BOOK

  • For waist length please make a 2nd appt called “Extended Length” right after your 1st appointment (no tribal braids)

  • When an appointment is booked there are no last minute changes allowed. Please be sure you select the right style you’d like serviced along with the color(s). Preferred color(s) can now be selected in the “add to your appointment” section

  • LATE POLICY: I allow a 10 minute grace period without a late fee.

    After 10 minutes = $20 late fee.

    YOU MUST CONTACT ME IF YOU WILL BE LATE.

  • AFTER 11 minutes I AM SUBJECT TO LEAVE, your appointment will be canceled & there will be a 50% cancellation fee.(50% of scheduled style)

  • There is a 50% cancellation /no show fee if your Appointment isn’t cancelled 24hours AHEAD of time you will be charge 50% of your scheduled style. Ex: If Your appointment is scheduled for 9am Tuesday it must be cancelled by 9am Monday. Anything after 9am Monday would be subject to a fee.

  • Each appointment requires a non-refundable deposit of $50.

  • PARKING:

    There is parking available in the front and back of the building.

  • I ONLY accept FINAL PAYMENTS with Ca, zelle 313-569-9375, Stripe, or Exact Cash.

  • I ask that all clients be mindful while being serviced. Most styles require several hours of sitting. Please refrain from: 1. Looking down at your phone. 2. Nodding/sleeping while being serviced. 3. Moving/leaning (please sit straight up in the middle of salon chair unless asked otherwise).

  • If these guidelines cannot be followed your appointment may be canceled before or during service.
